RSR Concrete Lifting & Levelling Warranty

Our guarantee states that “all lifted areas will remain in place (within 1”) for 2.5 years or RSR Concrete  will lifted the slab to the originally restored level. The process include drilling through the original holes in the same areas as stated. We advise that all down spouts should be diverted away from the lifted areas and back filled to match. In the lifting process crake might appears as pressurized materials is forced to lifting the existing slab. This is normal and will not be covered under warranty. We will do a free visit to assess any warranty claim within the stated time.
